Thank you dear friends for your kind and thoughtful sharing. I was asked if I was a student and the answer is yes. I do have some wonderful friends as well, but they reside all over the world.

I am feeling less daunted about life and my personal growth at the moment and hope this will continue as I start my final year of my degree. Conscious reflection, is hard. I try to focus but my mind wanders. I try not to force it and I don't seem to be reflecting. I think I will try to set smaller goals (as many people suggested) and learn to be more patient with myself.

I'm sorry my reply was so late, I don't check this email address very often. :-) Once again, thank you.

Dear One, nice to see a reply :) I have a problem with acquiring patience.......It's my biggest down fall,but I know everything I need is provided for...and knowing that I have what I need makes me realize that I can handle anything that comes my way.Be it sadness,joy,love,anger,happiness,loneliness,friendship, etc and that you can ask for help and it isn't a sign of weakness :) <3 Tamara
